As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be a trusted adviser to our clients by learning their business needs and identifying how technology can help facilitate key business objectives.
This is a relationship management role that includes leading quarterly strategic alignment meetings with executives, collaborating with both technical and non-technical members of our team, and preparing and delivering proposals for IT services and projects.
