How SMARTswitch Works
SMARTswitch begins with a 2-3 week assessment where we: interview key stakeholders in your organization; conduct competitive, security, and technical system analyses; and present a full report that includes a transition plan to mitigate risks. Our CIO services are embedded into this part of the process, so you get the value of strategic guidance from the start. At this point if you are not 100% satisfied with our recommendations and service to date you are free to end our engagement.
Our next steps are in-depth documentation and deployment planning to get your system up and running the right way. Then we are all set for a smooth transition to our ongoing technology management services. Easy.
